HOW TO USE

Use immediately before any lamination procedure

Eyelash Perm:
With clients eyes closed, apply primer to natural lashes using a micro brush. Let lashes dry completely then proceed with Eyelash Perm.

Brow Perm:
With clients eyes closed, apply primer to brows using a micro brush. Let brows dry completely then proceed with Brow Lamination
