Shipping Rates and Free Shipping Eligibility

United States & International Orders: Complimentary shipping is available for orders over $99 USD.

Order Processing and Shipping Timeframes

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) following the receipt of the order confirmation email.
A shipping confirmation email, including tracking details, will be sent once the order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

Expedited Shipping: 7 to 10 business days, including processing and handling.
Standard Shipping: Up to 21 business days, including processing and handling.

Order Tracking

Upon shipment, customers will receive an email notification containing a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated in the system.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Customs duties may apply for international shipments.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s customs authorities.
Once item were disposed, we will not issue refund.
As a courtesy, if you incur any applicable customs duties on your order, please contact our support team with proof of payment. We will provide you with a coupon for the amount of the applicable duties to use on your next purchase.

Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If an order has not been received within 7 days of the shipping confirmation, customers are encouraged to contact our support team at support@clioneprime.com with their full name and order number for further assistance.
