Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your items. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please review our return policy below.
Complaints Policy:
- Complaints made within 1 week of item arrival: Eligible for a refund.
- Complaints made within 2 weeks of item arrival: Eligible for store credit only.
- Complaints made after 2 weeks of item arrival: No refund, no credit.
- Custom Fees: All custom fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the received date. Returned items must be in new, unused, and original condition.
Return Process
To initiate a return, email customer service at support@clioneprime.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail it to:

Please Note:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items sent without prior authorization will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your return to process your refund. You will be notified by email once the refund has been processed.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Glue
- Mascara
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at support@clioneprime.com to arrange a refund or exchange. Proof of the defect (e.g., photos or documentation) is required before disposing of the item.
Additional Information
- A $25 restocking fee will apply to all returns.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
